Hi Mikhail,
Using that setting makes every email an _attachment_ to the digest, which isn't really useful... unless you're using some mail reader which displays all the attachments in-line.

Note - I think the invisible messages might be solvable by an upgrade of the mailing list software: http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/838
