Thx for response Giuseppe.

I forget to say I'm try-ing to compile the qgis-server only section.
With this change to components:
WITH_BINDINGS OFF
WITH_DESKTOP OFF
WITH_MAPSERVER ON

Now I'm try-ing to compile using the default settings.
But it say me this error in make phase:

sip: Deprecation warning:

not be used in explicit C/C++ signatures

make[2]: *** [python/analysis/sipanalysispart0.cpp] Error 1

Instead with the settings reported.
I can do a no error compile but have the reporte error:

-- Removed runtime path from "/usr/local/bin/qgis_bench"
CMake Error at postinstall/cmake_install.cmake:40 (INCLUDE):
include could not find load file:

/home/archivio/tomcat/software/qgis/Quantum-GIS/build-master/postinstall/PostInstall.cmake
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  cmake_install.cmake:51 (INCLUDE)

Now I try your hints.

Thx,
