[Qgis-user] many gpx-files to one

Hi.
I have a lot of gpx-files and I wonder how I quickest merge the to one
layer? The have a the same attribute structure. Is there a tool to quickly
and in a batch-way transform them to shape-files to then merge them in to
one or are there a tool that merge gpx-file in to one?
I have QGIS 1.8.
