when pointing to (example)

http://localhost/cgi-bin/qgis_mapserv.fcgi

> I can't find anywhere this file: qgis_mapserve.fcgi

under Windows should be qgis_mapserv.fcgi.exe

(and it works out of the box after installing it with osgeo4w).
