[Qgis-user] plugin for importing ECW image

Thanks for the help given and after a bit of try and see, I managed to 
get qgis v1.8 to red ECW files. The advice given in 
http://www.faunalia.com/content/adding-ecw-support-quantum-gis was what 
did the trick.
