Hello:

I use QGIS 1.8 distributed inside Portable Gis (
http://freegeographytools.com/2009/portable-gis-2-0-released), but when I
try to run some (not all) GRASS functions from the list window (ex: *
v.dissolve*), they are not available, and the following message appears:

*Translation: *Unable to begin module % command (...)
Not recognized as internal or external command, operational program or
batch file.

Is it possible to solve this problem and have access to the lacking
functions ? How?
