[Qgis-user] Problem loading Qgis even when i have installed required plugins and softwares

Hi all,
Every time I start qgis  I get errors such as 
Couldn't load plugin cad4qgisPoligoni due an error when calling its classFactory() method

Then as I close I get the following. 
 
After ok I get another which looks as below
 
Does anyone know out there what I can do to solve. I tried installing rp2, R and correspong Rpy, but the error still is persistent.
