[Qgis-user] Python Error

Hi Comunity¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
i have a real big problem with python in ubuntu 13.04.
i installed qgis since a 3 months, and no problems, but, when i want to use
the open layers plugin, qgis crash, close unspectly. tired with the
situation, i uninstall the program, but, when i try to re install, show me
the following message:

the python support is enabled:

No se pudo cargar PyQGIS.
El soporte para Python estará deshabilitado.

i uninstalled all the packages, and added the repositories (ubuntu-gis /
qgis master / qgis-debian one a time) in the sources list and dont want to
install ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡, say
"you hold broken packages"
