[Qgis-user] Is the openlayers 'plugin' still broken on 2.6.1 64bit windows8?

Have just noticed that the plugin in the latest version of the qgis 2.6.1 download was out of date so updated plugin and it does now work. Obviously the plugin was fixed very recently.

It seems to work with bing and osm and half work with google but not work at all with most of the others.
I say half work with google as google physical works but google satellite only shows southern hemisphere.

This is using the web menu in 2.6.1 installed via osgeo4w not the standalone installer but accepting all the dependencies.
