[Qgis-user] How to get tiff file of project limits at specific scale using QGIS

Hi all,

I have shapefile which has a layer extent scale of 1:551920. I want the 
TIF file exports of the file at a scale of 1:200000. Is there way to do 
it automatically? Or do I have to do it manually by moving the screen?

I would like to use QGIS 2.0 for my problem.
