[Qgis-user] Save the viewextent of a WMS as geotiff

I can replicate this. The problem seems to be the resolution, try
changing it to a value which gives a sane number of rows and columns
(I was getting about 20 rows x 20 columns by default and the WMS does
not serve images of that size).
