[Qgis-user] Problems with relative path for the project (qgis 2.0.1 on linux)

After copying a folder including a qgis project to a usb pendrive and
being prompted for the path of all layers, I've realised that
the paths are written in the prj as:

<datasource>../../../Iomega_HDD/mcgwire/Rmcgwire/ndviseg10.tif</datasource>

in a prj that seats at
/media/alobo/Iomega_HDD/mcgwire

should not the relative path just be
<datasource>./mcgwire/Rmcgwire/ndviseg10.tif</datasource>

?

Anyone else has experienced problems with relative paths lately?
