[Qgis-user] Open layer plugin

My friends,

 

I installed open layer plugin in qgis. It has the OSM layer but it is
depending of internet connection.

 

I have a GPS software in an Android that uses OSM Maps, the GPSs Be-on-road
and it has this maps loaded.

 

How can I do the same? How can I become independent from net connection by
loading to the computer OSM Maps?
