[Qgis-user] Street Map

I need to create a Street Map like the jpg attached
I don't know how to create a list of the roads.
there is a website (http://maposmatic.org/) using openstreetmap and makes these maps, but I have to use Qgis because I have to edit root maps. 
Have yuo got any idea? 
Is there a plugin that does it?
