[Qgis-user] Help with Orfeotoolbox in QGIS 2.0.1

I want to use the Binary Morphological Operation tool listed in the
Processing Toolbox in QGIS, but after many hours of searching I still can't
get it to work (the tool gives an error message that either says the
folders are not configured, or that the output can't be created).  I
believe the problem is that I don't know what folder paths to use for the
"OTB Applications" and "OTB command line tools" folders in the processing
options window.  I have read any documentation I could find with a Google
search or searching the QGIS documentation but I still haven't had any
luck.  Any suggestions?
