[Qgis-user] Install Qgis on Ubuntu 14.04

It works for installing QGIS stable (2..2, right now). But I really don't
know anything about this ECW file extension. Is it supossed to be supported
in 2.2 but not in 2.0? If the quiestion is how to install QGIS 2.2 in
Ubuntu 14.04, use my instructions and you'll get there, but, again, I don't
know how QGIS 2.2 will perform with ECW files.
