[Qgis-user] How often is rebuilt qgis-dev in OSGeo4W?

I just tried and got 2.3.0.100 in x86_64.
I don't have my x86 computer right now to check it but I don't have a proxy
by my side. I'm pretty sure. And I wasn't comparing 2.3.0-97 (in x86) and
2.3.0-99 (in x86-64) but my 2.3.0-97 (in x86) and 2.3.0-109 ( i should have
in x86 two days ago). I suppose that if we download the same day new
release for the same achitecture, we should get the same package and thus,
the same number of release. And there is the odd behavior i face.

Sorry but I d'on't really understand what i might look at in the .ini link
you sent.
