[Qgis-user] How often is rebuilt qgis-dev in OSGeo4W?

It lists all installable packages.  Currently for the qgis-dev package:

So you should see 2.3.0-100 in the installer and you have the option to
alternatively go back to the previous one at 2.3.0-98.  If your setup.ini looks
different it's old.
