[Qgis-user] Am I out of luck?

When I deactivate GRASS in the Plugin Manager then QGIS 2.0.1 is not able to open anymore the (old) Project File (QGiS is crashing). When I activate GRASS again QGIS opens the Project without errors. Mac OSX 10.8.5
