[Qgis-user] QGIS V 2.2 editing vector environment not functional

Drop back to the 32 bit install - 64 bit has always been a bit unstable 
(and I'm assuming it's still being developed). The 32 bit version is 
very solid (either from standalone of OSGEO4W install).
