Hi,
I have an old qgis 1.8.0.
It was used to generate an huge image georef.

Now my problem is that when I open the 1.8 project using the 2.2 I see all
the trasparency are LOST.
GASP !!

Unfortunately I cannot retrieve the qgis 1.8 and work with it because we
need to move forward the new features of qgis 2.2.0.

So I need to restore all this trasparents settings manually.

To do this I have only one choice:
open with a text editor the 1.8.0 project, search all the layers and for
every one read where was setting the transparency and report this setting
in the qgis 2.20 project (using the qgis interface almost here)

My question is:

I don't know the project file of qgis 1.8.0.
So I don't know if there was only a transparency globally to the layer or
if there was available the transparency also to single level of rendering
and there ws also the transparency for single color.

I hope all this was not available in the qgis 1.8.0 so I don't waste many
dy to search all this settings, but I must avoid to lost something so I
need to know these information to understand where search for every layer.

Thx,
