[Qgis-user] Plugin DEMTools - installing needed python libraries

there is a new plugin called "DEMTools", but it needs following external
python libraries: Numpy, Numexpr, and Pysolar.

osgeo4w comes without Numexpr, and Pysolar but i didn't find any tricks
about the installation of such modules readable by QGIS.

please can you help me?
