[Qgis-user] Csv file.

Sure,
the situation could be:

csv file content:

NAME,2013,2014
REGION1,"1000","2000"
REGION2,"3000","4000"

I try to add this file into QGIS as an only table, with no geometries 
associated and the result I get is like this:


NAME,field_2,field_3
REGION1,"1000","2000"
REGION2,"3000","4000"
