[Qgis-user] how to update PROJ4 version in QGIS 2.12

Hello all:

Does anybody knows how to update the PROJ4 library of CRS's and transformations in QGIS 2.12?
Help | About:
Proj4 version: 480
Currently PROJ4 version is 4.9

I need to have EPSG:6566 in QGIS crs list to be able to transform between different NAD83 versions/realizations....
