[Qgis-user] can the georeferencer plugin rotate?

Hi,
I think what you are looking for is a way to preview your
georeferencing, or on the fly georeferencing, this is not currently
possible in QGIS.
Just run the georefrencer, It will output a corrected version on the
canvas, tweak in the georeferencer and repeat.
