[Qgis-user] QGIS WMS Provider is adding a BGCOLOR parameter ?

I opened fiddler to watch the WMS URL. Here it is :

http://www502.regione.toscana.it/wmsraster/com.rt.wms.RTmap/wms?map=wmsctr&map_resolution=91&language=ita&&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetMap&BBOX=4874693.290393243544,585753.4275104458211,4898190.069728096016,616440.7875092165777&CRS=EPSG:6707&WIDTH=1084&HEIGHT=830&LAYERS=rt_ctr.5k.mosaico_catastale.rt&STYLES=&FORMAT=image/png&DPI=96&MAP_RESOLUTION=96&FORMAT_OPTIONS=dpi:96&TRANSPARENT=TRUE

The TRANSPARENT parameter has TRUE value but I don't know how to force 
to FALSE.

I watched layer's metadata, here it is :

Maybe QGIS read that the layer can be transparent so it adds the parameter.
You should try to configure your server to tell you don't want this 
layer to be transparent.
