[Qgis-user] Remplace identify features in a raster image

Hello people! How are you?

I have a raster image in tiff format, which is classified into 4 groups
(1,3,4 and 5). I want to replace data (Identify features) 1 to
"subarbustiva Estepa" value 3 to "graminosa Estepa" and the value 4 to
"subarbustiva Estepa low coverage" and the value 5 by "shrubby steppe".

Can you help me, please?
