[Qgis-user] GEO-REFERENCER not working

Hi, 
Was it working before? Is this your first time using it or have you used it in the past?  Did you select the algorithms and the output file name?

I have QGIS installed on my PC and the georeferencer isnt working. Ive removed it and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work. Its as though the icon isnt invoking any routine.
