[Qgis-user] how to upgrade from 2.8.2 to 2.8.7

I believe if you run OSGeo4w in Advanced mode you will see 2 options for
QGIS, one being the latest and the other being Stable/LTR (You can
actually install both). Someone more familiar could better guide you on
the exact names.

Otherwise you can install the standalone
http://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.8.7-1-Setup-x86_64.exe
