Saber,
I may have inadvertently misled you on point 2, I mentioned /*Labels*/, 
I should have said /*Annotations*/.
I am using HTML annotations to label some points.
I had tried your suggestion, but unfortunately, it does not fix the 
issue, Its odd, because in the Map screen if I switch off the Layer, the 
labels disappear also, but it doesn't happen in the Key Plan.
