[Qgis-user] Getting QGIS 3.4 to install on Debian 9 (Stretch).

I have been trying to install QGIS 3.4 to a fairly fresh install of Debian Stretch. I have followed the instructions from QGIS about doing this but I keep winding up with 2.14. Are there any additional information or steps I am missing? I have a feeling it is going to turn out to be something simple I am missing.
