[Qgis-user] Where is georeferencer plugin in QGIS 3 ?

a reason is to avoid toolbar cluttering. QGIS is a so multipurpose
tool that we cannot enable by default any feature (what about eVis for
example?)

btw, cluttering problem would disappear when we decide to offer a set
of default profiles or when users will start to be used with profiles.
