[Qgis-user] Reduced data

Using a style which would offset your point symbol, by the values listed 
below could display the data in the correct place, but you wouldn't be 
able to carry out any analysis on the data.
The other option would be to create a copy of the dataset, add two 
columns one for X and one for Y, populate it with the current coordinate 
values plus the offset something like  ($x)+32000000 and ($y)+5000000.
You could then save it as a CSV and load it back in, using the newly 
created  x and y coordinates.
