[Qgis-user] qgis-latest.tar.bz2 is 3.6.2

I noticed that the following link:

https://www.qgis.org/downloads/qgis-latest.tar.bz2

provides version 3.6.2, not 3.6.3 as it should.

This is probably not very important, but may upset someone's workflow.
