As Ujaval has written, it is not obtainable as tiles.

If you're interested in a specific region, technically you could follow the
manual approach described at
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/373497/is-it-possible-to-export-the-google-earth-engine-basemap-satellite-version-not/373610#373610,
using your desired historical image in GE Pro during the process. You also
need to consider any licensing issues (as there may well be with using the
most recent Google imagery tiles outside the Google platform to begin with.)
