[Qgis-user] Georeferencer: where is it in UI?

Hi,
The correct doc for 3.26 (and anything >3.22) is testing, hence https://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/user_manual/working_with_raster/georeferencer.html
It is not yet updated with vectors capabilities but the tool location has been updated accordingly.

Regards,
Harrissou
