[Qgis-user] Shapefile to KML conversion

There may be better ways to do this but if it was me I'd try exporting as two files split as simply as possible, then either (1) recombining in whatever application they are destined for, or  (2) recombine them by manually editing the KML files in a big text editor like Ultraedit.

Creating a KML that large is usually not a good idea, but if you still want to try it install the KML Tools plugin. It can usually handle larger data sets.
