 Can I get (privately perhaps?) the current Trac.ini along with the
 Trac.ini from some other OSGeo project's Trac.ini (that has notifications
 working)?  I can look through it to see if I have any ideas.

 We have a release coming up and lots of ticket activity lately
 (http://trac.osgeo.org/geomoose/report/9).  Notifications would greatly
 help for this.
