My idea is we'd all help setting those priorities in tickets, Martin
included (he would file tickets for proposals).
For sure SSL is a fundamental topic (it's preventing people from using
the services).

I would expect between 1 and 2 months of elapsed time to complete
the hours.

I don't think so, why should them ? If any volunteer is already doing
this it can be announced on this list so the task is taken off Martin's
plate.
