[SeasonOfDocs] TheGoodDocsProject: Multiple language templates

+1 to this format (/en, using the ISO country codes). A lot of other
projects (including Docsy) do it this way. :)

Down the road if we really want to get fancy we can even have variants,
e.g. docs/en-gb :)
