Thanks Cameron,

I am especially interested in progressing the 3rd topic ('how to incorporate tutorial material') that is very positive progress.

Kind regards Ori

Chris, Ori, others,

A quick heads up here on progress on QGIS and tutorials.

There was a QGIS docs video meeting yesterday, which was joined by some of us from the Season of Docs (me, Jared and Andrew).

A few ideas were discussed, with key resulting actions being:

* Jared will start investigation and then leading discussion around information structure, current docs, easing the onboarding, and working toward writing templates and howto guides.

* We will look into incorporating Andrew Jeffry's ideas about improving the onboarding docs. Andrew probably will take the lead here.

* We briefly touched on working out how to incorporate tutorial material. This is a big topic and something I'm expecting will a focus for future online meetings. I think Piers Higgs will be very valuable in these conversations. He is currently on leave, back in a week or two.
Once he's back I suggest we push this conversation forward.

Cheers, Cameron
