[SeasonOfDocs] Alternative discussion groups options

Hi Sanket,

Is hosted Discourse free? I can only see a free option if we're prepared to
host it ourselves, which is a no. Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong, I've
just looked at https://www.discourse.org/pricing.
