[Sentinel-pds] Duplicated S2B data from 9/10/17

Note that the following duplicates were deleted:

> On 9/10/17 ESA started to publish S2B data on OpenHub in parallel to the Pre-op Hub. As this was not in line with our initial assumptions, we have ingested duplicated data.
