[SoC] soc report : Mapbender Update Routine

Weekly Report for week ending August 16, 2008

This Week:
I created a tutorial wiki page for the update routine, which can be used by
the users.

Also created the documentation of Checksum Build Script.

Documentation of the code added in the respective files.
Also Readme.txt, and other help files added in the respective directories.

Finally: The update script consists of three parts:
1> Database update routine
2> Checksum Build Routine
3> Filesystem Update Routine

Next Week: Officially SoC ends this Monday.
But I will continue to maintain this script.
I will also submit a detailed overall report.

And, it was a great summer overall. Fingers crossed for the final
evaluations !
