[SoC] Report for Week 6 - 3D OSM Plugin API for ESA-NASA Web World Wind

What did I complete this week?

- I created a new class for setting building heights and colors (https://github.com/kilsedar/3dosm/commit/5672408585a7f3f0b3501bac0de59f929b52e928).
- Started to cache the OSM GeoJSON (https://github.com/kilsedar/3dosm/commit/2a1904fbb95614b5f7189cccb95ee305fe9c48e3).


What am I going to achieve next week?

- I will add unit tests.
- I will look into tiling.


Is there any blocking issue?

- No, there is no blocking issue.
