[Spanish] Fwd: [OSGeo-Discuss] Local Chapter, network and structuration

Hola, 

Coincido plenamente con Jorge. Los capítulos de OSGeo surgieron para facilitar el contacto de gente con lenguas/países/zonas afines. No creo que tengan tanta actividad como para enmarañar la organización con más niveles o redes, que al fin y al cabo ¿qué aportarían respecto a la situación actual?

En mi opinión dispersión, más listas y dudas a la hora de elegir un canal de comunicación.

Es una cuestión de organizar la complejidad. Cuando ésta aumenta mucho la necesidad de organizarla mejor cae por su propio peso, pero no creo que sea el caso.
