Good question.   The easiest is to use the Lawson Ramp on 5th street.
There is a skyway connecting it to the Lowery Building that is next to
the Annex.  The skyway goes all the way to the Annex.  Be advised, that
the doors at the skyway level are also closed and locked after 5:00pm.
   Downtown tends to open up a bit (unless something is going on at the
Excel Centre) after 4:30 or so,  so there should be parking spaces open
on the street as well.  There is no meter fee after 4:30.  So at least
that a good point.

Also I forgot to relay my Phone number in case anyone gets caught outside.

One last thought, would everyone please pass the Meeting notification on
to those that are not on the list but would like to attend the meeting.
