[Tilecache] Problems displaying raster layers from Mapserver WMS

Just answering my own question about this.  It appears that the omission of
a METADATA section in my raster layer mapfile was the reason that Tilecache
wouldn't pick it up.  After I added one to it, I had no problems anymore.
