I fully agree... my words were not properly chosen and my intention was
more to mean "... is officially becoming a meeting of all Tribes..." but
anyway, the text can be rewritten and we don't need "official" in there
either way...

I see no reason to merge. I think there is room for both, and even for a
couple more in other regions of the world.
