[TOSprint] 2015 OSGeo Code Sprint in Philadelphia

Thank you Robert for your work on this.

With respect to your suggestion of also inviting LocationTech projects, 
I do not have a strong opinion, and I think the host of a sprint is 
certainly free to add some of his own taste to the event as long as it 
does not diverge too much from what the sprinters expect and can afford.

For instance, this year in Vienna the QGIS and GRASS communities joined 
which doubled the number of participants, and the whole thng remained 
manageable thanks to the great venue and Stephan's excellent job.

So I'm all for trying new things personally, but I know that some 
sprinters have expressed the preference to keep the sprint closer to its 
roots in the past, but I'll let them express their own opinions in the 
thread.
